While using the Alluqata website, you must adhere to the following terms. If these terms are violated, Alluqata reserves the right to delete the violation, which may lead to the cancellation of the user's subscription and all related information without prior notice.

1. Dear subscriber, you must keep all login information for the Alluqata website confidential and not share it with anyone else.
2. Using inappropriate names or ambiguous characters or numbers is not allowed.
3. Using offensive, obscene words or images, or any pornographic material of any kind that violates ethical standards and modesty, or videos containing such content is prohibited, as it does not align with the moral standards and laws followed by the majority of our site's users and visitors, who are Muslims.
4. Any issue or plea will be kept, even for years, until success or the desired outcome is achieved. After that, it can be referred to as successful stories or cases achieved through the site.
5. Harassing others or behaving provocatively by writing racist or sectarian comments, or attacking any entity, sect, religion, or other civilizations and ideologies, is prohibited in any form or manner.
6. When commenting on issues or discussions, you must adhere to the etiquette of conversation and calm dialogue. Any aggressive behavior such as cursing, defamation, and slander is prohibited while communicating with other subscribers or site management. Criticism, defamation, and innuendos against the site, its administrators, other subscribers, or visitors are also prohibited.
7. Sending the same message to a large number of subscribers to spread certain information, which may include links to any site or promote your products or services, or using Alluqata as a marketing tool or advertising medium, is prohibited. Violating this will result in the deletion of the violator's account and all related information, and repeated violations may lead to public shaming.
8. The site reserves the right to modify, control, update, or partially or completely delete any information entered by subscribers, including images and videos, whenever deemed appropriate without providing reasons or contacting the information owner. Therefore, no subscriber has the right to complain or object to the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms and must review them periodically for any changes.
9. Violating the privacy rights of Alluqata users is prohibited.
10. Uploading videos containing calls, specific issues, or images with reserved rights to Alluqata without permission or written consent from the rightful owner is prohibited to avoid disputes and problems.
11. Repeating the same issue by another subscriber is not allowed.
12. Suggestions, complaints, or objections regarding any issue from subscribers or anything from the site should not be posted as comments but can be sent directly to site management. We will act appropriately if the complaint or objection is justified.
13. Posting your email address or any other email address in any form is prohibited, except for your phone number or any information indicating your location or that of the concerned person. You can place your information on your profile for relevant people to contact you personally.
14. The user is fully responsible for all their activities and mistakes on the site. The site is not responsible for any consequences arising from that.
15. All content and services of Alluqata are reserved. Reproducing, storing, distributing, printing, displaying, publishing, or creating derivative works from any part of the site without prior written permission is not allowed.
16. Attempting to manipulate the safety, security, or confidentiality of information or services provided by Alluqata may result in account termination and possible legal consequences.
17. Alluqata is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users (including subscriber profiles). The site does not intervene and disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from relying on information obtained from subscribers. Ensure to verify the authenticity of information before acting upon it. The site reserves the right to retain all messages and materials as they are and is not obligated to delete or modify them unless they violate usage terms and site objectives.
18. Dear Alluqata user, misuse of the site may subject you to legal accountability. Actions such as providing false registration information, using fake emails, posting unrelated phone numbers or addresses, or fabricating issues for fraudulent purposes are prohibited.
19. The site is not responsible for the misuse of information, images, or videos placed on any issue or call used for other purposes by others. The site reserves the right to demand accountability from those who misuse information or materials placed on the site.
20. We may add or change these terms if necessary. By agreeing to this agreement, you are obligated to review the terms periodically for any changes. Alluqata may add new services or change or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
